Adds cpx ^1.5.0.

Drops jest-util.

Installs 451 packages in all (was 296).

Also installs anymatch, arr-union, assign-symbols, async-each, atob, base, binary-extensions, bindings, buffer-from, cache-base, callsites, chokidar, class-utils, collection-visit, component-emitter and 59 more.

No longer installs jest-matchers, p-map.
