- Styles using @apply should build faster.
- The built-in sans-serif font list is updated so it works better with the CSS font shorthand and is less likely to break in the future.
- When you @apply a class that has important styles, those styles are no longer copied as important, so utilities can still override them.
- Some default colors changed slightly: dark greys are more spread out and the darkest shades of most colors are less saturated.
No breaking, platform, security or deprecated items in this range.

Drops stylefmt.
