Adds @csstools/selector-specificity ^2.0.2, colord ^2.9.3, css-functions-list ^3.1.0, is-plain-object ^5.0.0, normalize-path ^3.0.0, picocolors ^1.0.0, supports-hyperlinks ^2.3.0.

Drops @stylelint/postcss-css-in-js, @stylelint/postcss-markdown, autoprefixer, chalk, execall, get-stdin, lodash, log-symbols, normalize-selector, postcss-html, postcss-less, postcss-sass, postcss-scss, postcss-syntax, slash, specificity, sugarss.

Installs 165 packages in all (was 260).

Also installs nanoid, source-map-js.

No longer installs @babel/compat-data, @babel/core, @babel/generator, @babel/helper-compilation-targets, @babel/helper-globals, @babel/helper-module-imports, @babel/helper-module-transforms, @babel/helper-string-parser, @babel/helper-validator-option, @babel/helpers, @babel/parser, @babel/template, @babel/traverse, @babel/types, @jridgewell/gen-mapping and 64 more.
