2 platform requirement changes and a security fix.
- The tool now works with Node.js version 22.
- Node.js 16 is no longer supported; you need a newer Node.js version to use this release.
- Fixes vulnerable packages.
Node.js requirement changed in 17.4.0: >=16 → ^18.18.0 || ^20.9.0 || ^22.0.0.
Adds ci-info ^4.1.0.
