Upgrading @takumi-rs/core 1 to 2

Splits takumi's Cargo features so ImageSource::Animated needs gif, png or webp, and png is only on by default via image-decoding.

Drops WOFF1 support from @takumi-rs/wasm and takumi-pdf; @takumi-rs/core keeps WOFF1.

Renames ImageSource::Gif to ImageSource::Animated, GifSource to AnimatedSource, and ImageError::InvalidGif to ImageError::InvalidAnimation.

Drops reversed handling, gradient list-style-image markers, and menu/dir list counting; <ol reversed> now counts up and only ul/ol scope counts.

Replaces ImageCache with ResourceCache sharing one byte budget across images, SVG sources, rasters and stylesheets; default budget drops from 64 MiB to 16 MiB.

Drops the preact-render-to-string optional import; Preact trees traverse natively and components calling Preact hooks no longer render.

The background shorthand no longer parses or resets background-blend-mode, and Background.blend_mode is removed.

Removes the ./wasm export; import from @takumi-rs/image-response instead.

Makes BuiltInlineLayout layout fields private and removes several public inline-layout functions.

Renames the svg feature to svg-source; svg-backend is unchanged.

Removes Renderer.encodeFrames and its EncodeFramesOptions and AnimationFrameSource types.

Renames the googleFonts family field from family to name; bare string families are unchanged.

Removes the text option from googleFonts because it stripped unicode-range and made glyph routing ambiguous.

Removes the createImageResponse factory; pass options straight to ImageResponse.

ResolvedOutlineGlyph::Plain and ResolvedOutlineGlyph::Color gain an ink field computed by outline_ink from their paths.

Shares computed style groups between boxes behind Rc, changing ComputedStyle fields and RenderContext::style to Rc<ComputedStyle>.

base::resources::glyph::draw_outline replaces ErasedPen, drawing a skrifa OutlineGlyph through &mut dyn OutlinePen.

Node trees nested deeper than 512 levels now fail with nodes nest deeper than 512 levels instead of crashing the process.

SceneRequest::build replaces build_stacking_contexts; set paint_bounds: false to skip paint bounds and the text shaping they need.

Applies text-overflow: ellipsis only to boxes that clip, matching Chrome, so overflow other than visible is now required.

Merges custom_properties and registered_custom_properties into one custom_properties: CustomProperties field on ComputedStyle, read via get(name).

Stylesheet rules now win over tw utilities because utilities sit in the last cascade layer.

Rejects style values with trailing content instead of silently applying a prefix.

These packages, plus takumi-js and @takumi-rs/image-response, now require Node 20.19 or newer.

Deprecates subsetOf and subsetRank; subsetOf now only sets the family name and subsetRank does nothing.

Renames the stylesheets render option to css; the old name still works and warns once.
